About NAIOP
The Washington State Chapter of NAIOP is a trade association for developers, owners and investors in the industrial, office and related commercial real estate industries.
The chapter was founded in 1976 and today has nearly 700 members representing most of the region’s leading firms in commercial real estate development. It provides a number of opportunities for professional development and serves as a comfortable and welcoming forum for networking and business improvement.
NAIOP’s Washington State chapter is known for its philanthropy, with hundreds of its members volunteering each year on projects ranging from stream recovery to social service center renovations. The chapter’s presence is well-known in political circles, and its members have successfully impacted proposed legislation that affects the commercial real estate industry.
Business development and networking opportunities include monthly breakfast meetings and two half-day, in-depth seminars focusing on current issues associated with commercial real estate.
