NAIOP's membership committee is one reason the Washington State Chapter is nearly 700 members strong. Committee members promote association membership and participation by hosting social events and other recruitment activities. The committee takes a personal approach with its members, calling them on the phone when they join and working with them to identify how they can make the most of their NAIOP membership. Committee members then follow up with the new members to ensure they are getting the value they expected.
