We represent the interests of more than 1,100 members and over 400 companies involved in the development, ownership, management, and financing of commercial real estate. Our membership spans office, biotech, industrial, mixed-use, retail, institutional, and multifamily sectors—reflecting the full breadth of Washington’s evolving real estate landscape.
