NAIOP Washington State elevates commercial real estate through deep connections, advocacy, and professional development. Our vision is to connect, inspire, and empower every member to develop greater success and impact in their workplace and community.  

We represents the interests of individuals and companies involved with the development, ownership, management, and financing of commercial properties. Our chapter includes more than 1,100 members involved with office, biotech, industrial, mixed-use, retail, institutional, and multi-family development across the state. We are committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture within Washington’s CRE, bringing together CRE professionals to lead and strengthen our industry.
